Do you have insurance?


Yes absolutly. All our moves are fully insured. If you store with us we also insure the items for storage




How do I know who will turn up on the day?


We will be in contact with you from booked till we have completed the job. The day before we will let you know the names of the team ( Driver and the helper/(s) ) so you know who to expect and also thier direct contact details if you need to conatct them to give directions etc




Can I can cancel my booking?


We know time to time things can go change espeicllay with move dates, so we will refund any deposits in full if you cancel with 72 hours notice or re arrange if thats what you need to do




On the move day how do I add more hours for extra work?


Simply just message us or have one of the drivers who is doing your move call us and we can arrnage the hours and send you over a payment link to you via email or text to mobile for the additional hours.




Do I have to pay cash?


Not alt all. You can pay cash, but also via credit or debit cards as well as via a secure payment link and bank transfer
